Our comprehensive approach includes personalized weight loss treatment plans and vitality and strength therapy, alongside expert wellness coaching. Additionally, we offer tutorials on self-administration to ensure you feel confident and empowered on your journey to a healthier you.

1. Fill out a prequalifying quick questionnaire, if qualified you will receive access to our HIPAA compliant patient portal where you will complete a patient history assessment. You will also need to provide with results of laboratory blood tests done within the last 6 months, you can upload the results to the patient portal as well.

2. Speak to one of our physicians through a telehealth appointment (live visual-audio). During this visit our physician will tailor the best plan to suit your specific need.

3. If medically appropriate, you will receive your treatment in the mail within 3 days (usually just one day). Your treatment will then be mailed every 30  days.

After completing your medical intake forms, our team will schedule your telehealth appointment (live visual-audio) with the physician. You will also have the options to request the appointment directly from the patient portal. Our provider will complete a 2 way live audio-visual(telehealth) appointment with you using our HIPAA compliant telehealth system on SimplePractice.

No, Ralph Wellness does not require a long-term contract. Our services are offered on a month-per-month basis. We do not require you to sign up for any specific amount of time.
